When do the preorder boxes arrive?+
From late November 2026 onward. We bake the Christmas collection fresh for the season, so your box is made close to the date it reaches you rather than months ahead.
Can I choose my delivery date?+
Not yet, and it is worth explaining why. Checkout asks you to pick a date, but its calendar only opens two months ahead, so it cannot reach November. Pick whichever date it offers and treat it as a placeholder: we email every preorder customer in early November to set the real delivery or collection day.
What does delivery cost?+
Delivery is $15, and free once your order reaches $80. Self-collection is free, and you choose between delivery and collection at checkout.
Is the 30% discount automatic?+
Yes. Every price on this page is already 30% off, so there is no code to enter and nothing to remember at checkout. The struck-through figure beside each box is the collection's list price.
What if a design changes slightly?+
Seasonal designs may vary slightly from the photos. Characters, flavours and box sizes are locked, but small styling details can shift between the photo and the tray while we finish the collection.
What happens when the first 200 boxes are gone?+
Early-bird pricing covers the first 200 boxes of the collection, and every preorder placed keeps its price.
